When it comes to Romanian blackjack, there are a few diversions from the regular blackjack. Although major rules of the play are similar to that of the one played in rest of the world, casinos of Romania have their own rules for the game. Blackjack too has house advantage like any other casino games however, if a blackjack player uses best strategies to play the game the house advantage in blackjack is less than 1%, which is very favorable to the players when compared with other gambling games played in casinos of Romania. As most casinos in Romania do not post all the rules of the games, it is the duty of the player to learn all the rules and strategies before participating or betting in the game. One other thing to notice is the number of decks used for the game. Remember blackjack played with fewer decks is advantageous to the player using basic strategy. With fewer decks in the game, if the player has blackjack the chances of dealer having blackjack is greatly reduced.

Blackjack or Pontoon is one of the widely played gambling games in the casinos of Romania. The special feature of this casino game is that apart from luck it requires skill to win the contest. Gamblers look at blackjack as a true challenge worth playing. In blackjack 1 to 7 players can play against the dealer. To start with, each player bets on the game and receives two cards from the dealer. To win the game a player has to get a card total higher than that of the dealer. However, the maximum count should not exceed 21, and if the count exceeds 21 then it is called as busting and the player loses the game. The same rules are applicable to the dealer too. Unlike players, dealers can play with seven players and it is possible for the dealer to lose to a few players and yet win over others. If both the player and the dealer have the blackjack then it is tie and no one wins. Usually the winner gets a pay of 1:1 in blackjack.
